  1. As an Independent Cyber Security Researcher in Indian Cyberspace Neelabh Rai was invited to present his views in an international round-table public conference held on 7th July 2012 at The Indian International Centre (IIC), New Delhi having theme as Privacy Matters - Consumer Privacy.
    The conference organizers were:

  2. A roundtable discussion was organized by GovernanceNow, a fortnightly magazine under the banner of GovNext in NOIDA on 11th May 2012. Neelabh Rai was invited to present his views on the topic e-Security: Challenges & Solutions for Public Sector in the discussion.

  3. As an International Speaker on Cyber Terrorism, he was invited by SMi UK at Cyber Security Asia conference, Singapore held on 9th - 10th November 2011, where he presented an overview of Indian Cyber Cops.

  4. Neelabh Rai, Founder of CYBER COPS India, also participated in an interactive panel discussion on What Constitutes Cyber Terrorism? Fact vs. Fiction along with other International Cyber Security Experts from round the globe. The panel was moderated by Michael Wilks, Regional Director, Public Safety and National Security, APAC, Microsoft. A talk on "The Vulnerability of Websites to Typosquatters for Possible Terrorist Financing" was covered by Neelabh Rai, a Cyber Crime Investigator and an Independent Cyber Security Researcher, in his presentation at International Seminar & Exposition on Modern Security Concepts & Equipment to Combat Terrorism in 2009.

As an Independent Cyber Security Researcher

  1. Founded CYBER COPS India - an unique initiative for promoting cyber security research in India:
    1. Launched on: 14 January, 2011. Research is progressing in many field(s) of Cyber Security. Some of them which are already discussed in public domain by Neelabh Rai either via his presentation or by using his research papers are:
      • Developing a working model that can mitigate financial cyber crimes without the involvement of Law Enforcement Agencies.
      • Researching on the possibilities and vulnerabilities of NGN-based attacks and their solutions that can be easily implemented in Indian Cyberspace.
      • Conducting advanced research on various cyber-crimes followed by devising solution to curb the cyber threat without involvement of law enforcement agencies.
      • Brand-abuse research and monitoring of Indian companies w.r.t. Indian Cyber Law.
      • Working with Validy Net Inc. for provisioning of a patented technological solution that can eliminate the possibilities of complex Cyber-Weapons (viz. Stuxnet, sKyWIper aka Flamer, DuQu, Shamoon, Gauss, etc.) based future cyber attacks on Critical Information Infrastructure (CII), hence, eliminating the possibilities of Cyber Sabotage of CIIP (Critical Information Infrastructure Protection).
      • Working with International Researchers on providing a technological solution for eliminating Intellectual Property violations by means of Source Code Thefts. In nutshell, eliminating the possbilities of "Software Piracy".

    2. As an ASCL Certified Cyber Crime Investigator, provides consultancy within the jurisdiction of Indian subcontinent in cases related to:
